Summary

When creating a JIRA Report page in Confluence, selecting the type Change Log and clicking Create, nothing happens

Environment

Confluence 5.9.1-OD-2015.45.1-0006

Browsers

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click ... next to the Create button
2. Select JIRA Report
3. Next select Change log
4. Select a project that contains fix versions
5. Click Create

Expected Results

The page is created

Actual Results

The following error can be found in the browser console

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

Workaround

Use the advanced option when creating a page (May not work)
