Unable to create JIRA related event on Team Calendars.

Summary

It's currently not possible to add JIRA related events to a Confluence Team Calendar. Existing events will be displayed as broken.
JIRA Calendar names will be displayed all with the name of the root calendar as on fixed bug TEAMCAL-3855

Environment

Confluence 1000.304.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a calendar
2. Try to create a JIRA related event. (JIRA Issue Date, JIRA Sprints etc.)

Expected Results

The server field will be auto completed with your JIRA Cloud, and you'll be able to create the event.

Actual Results

The server field locks with a spinning icon

Workaround

No workaround so far.
