Summary

JIRA Issue Macros (to JIRA in same instance) is broken with the following error:

The JIRA server returned a trusted apps error: BAD_REMOTE_IP; Request not allowed from IP address:{0}; ["165.254.226.152"]

(note: The IP may be different)

Restarting Confluence resolves the problem, but it may return. 

Environment

Affected version: 1000.444.5

Steps to Reproduce

This happens randomly:

1. Access page with JIRA Macro

Expected Results

Link to issue appears

Actual Results

This error appears instead:

The JIRA server returned a trusted apps error: BAD_REMOTE_IP; Request not allowed from IP address:{0}; ["165.254.226.152"]

Workaround

Restart Confluence may work on some situations
