How to Replicate

• Create a pdf file name Test & only
• Create confluence page and the following sentence (I'm testing only)
• Highlight the word testing only and click insert link > files and upload the file you created in step 1
• Save the page
• Click on testing only to view the file and click download

Observed Behaviour

The pdf title is cut to Test

Expected Behaviour

We able to see the original pdf title

Workaround

Change the ampersand to And
