Description
Summary
Pasting a JIRA link during page/blogpost creation does not automatically convert it into a JIRA Issue macro
Pasting it during edit works though (works in edit, not create)
Steps to Reproduce
- Copy a JIRA issue URL from JIRA
- Hit Create in Confluence (you can create a new page or blogpost)
- Paste the link (copied in step 1) into the page (during the page creation)
Expected Results
Once the link is pasted, it will automatically be converted into a JIRA Issues macro
Actual Results
The link stays as a hyperlink, and not a JIRA Issues macro
Workaround
2 workarounds:
- Insert a JIRA Issues macro manually into the page during page creation (search for the said issue using the JIRA Issues macro's search feature)
- Create the page without the issue link. Then edit the page, and paste the link
