Summary
If the JIRA Issue Macro results contain an Epic Link that has '&' and you wanted to display any custom field. The JIRA issue Macro will not show the list of issues on the page
Environment
Confluence 1000.907.0
JIRA v1000.718.3
Steps to Reproduce
- Insert the JIRA Issues macro onto your Confluence page
- Enter the JQL query or filter into the Search box. (Make sure that the JQL Query contains and Epic Link Result that has '&')
- Choose Display options, to display any Custom Field
- Choose Insert
Expected Results
- It should display a list of issues on your page, based on a JIRA Query Language (JQL) search or filter.
Actual Results
- The JIRA issue Macro will not show the list of issues on the page.
Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error
- Confluence Logs will show
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Error on line 892: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.
