Manage Watchers button Not working in the New Confluence Cloud User Interface (SPA)

      This is only happening with Confluence Cloud New User Interface a.k.a SPA, if you're using server or your Confluence Cloud hasn't changed yet, please disregard

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Click the watch button on a page.
      2. Click "manage watchers"

      Expected behaviour
      Dialog shows, allowing you to manage watchers

      Actual behaviour
      Nothing happens

      Workaround:
      Not yet
