New parent page is left blank when moving a page to a different space

Summary

When moving a page to a new space, the Parent Field is left blank which will create an orphaned page on the space if not set to an existing page. This is problematic as orphaned pages do not come up in the Page tree as they are not under the main parent page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any Confluence page and select Move in the operation menu in the top right.

Expected Results

The Parent page field should not accept empty value in order to prevent the creation of orphaned pages.

Actual Results

The Parent page field is blank and a page can be moved without setting a parent therefore creating an orphaned page.
