Videos stopped working on Confluence page

Summary

Videos are not playing on confluence pages

Environment

Confluence 1000.929.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. access a page
2. add a video in attachment
3. add the video in thumbnail on the page
4. click to page the video

Expected Results

It should play the video when clicked

Actual Results

The video don't play and an error appears: "Ouch We can't load the media file"

Workaround

 Add video in a multimedia macro
