Within Confluence, selecting the "Link to this Page" or pressing 'k' (keyboard shortcut) does not bring up the Link to this Page window to provide the Full and Tiny URLs for the page; instead it opens the Page Information

1. Navigate to a Confluence Page
2. Click the Ellipsis Menu ( ... ) and select Link to this Page

Expected Results

Link to this Page window appears with the URLs of the page viewed.

Actual Results

User is navigated to Page Information
