      Problem Definition

      If more than one user is editing an Office file with the Office Connector, multiple versions of the document are created.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide a way to merge changes between versions or allow users to simultaneously edit the same version.

      Why this is important

      This is important because files edited through the Office Connector in this way will not be up-to-date and users will spend time looking for the differences and updating the document.
