      Problem Definition

      Audit log doesn't provide information for created/deleted pages in Confluence, and the editing can be only viewed through Page History.

      Suggested Solution

      Please, provide an option to enable the audit log for page changes.

      Why this is important

      Some customers need more detailed information about the changes done in Confluence, and the audit log provides information only in a space level.
