Enhance Space Permissions to Separate "Add" Page and "Edit" Page Permissions

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently in order to grant a user access to Edit a page in Confluence, you will need to grant them the "Add" Page permission on a Space Level.  We only want to allow users to collaborate and Edit pages, but not add pages into our Space.  Separating these Space Permissions would provide us that functionality.
