Subscribed calendar notifications to calendar creator

      It would be nice to inform the calendar creator that someone has subscribed to their calendar. In the email we could:

      • Show the avatar of who subscribed to the calendar
      • Tell the creator "it's easy to share the calendar with others" (grab the link)
      • Inform the creator in the email they now have "X" subscribers to their calendar

      This releases to the calendar details improvement
