Allow users to subscribe to jira calendars

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      We have workflows based on the calendars that I just switched over to be jira fed calendars and now they will not feed to outlook. When you are working with hundreds of events to schedule maintaining these manually is not an option. This needs to be corrected.
