Change PUT and DELETE to POST with X-HTTP-Method-Override header

      Some proxies and firewalls are pedantic about non GET or POST requests leading to requests bounced back or lost in ether.

      One solution is to only use GET and POST requests and to add a X-HTTP-Method-Override header to specify the method.
