Anonymous users receive error and are prompted for timezone

      When an anonymous user access a page which the Team Calendar macro, the user is prompted to confirm their timezone, which did not happened in previous versions of Team Calendars. The following error is displayed in the plugin macro:

      401 - Client must be authenticated to access this resource.

      The following warning appears in the logs when the plugin is loaded:

      Team Calendars work as expected if you log in into Confluence.
