I would love this feature. We add our organization's clients and relevant dates in confluence, but it would be awesome to see them on a calendar.

Hi Shrey,
This would be hugely helpful for our company. Without it, the tasks often confuse users who aren't as invested in the product. These users don't understand the difference between Jira issues and Confluence tasks. If Atlassian can unify those two structures in a single view (calendars), it would be much simpler for these users to complete their tasks. I suspect you're working on longer-term solutions to reconcile the differences between these but this ticket represents a relatively easy short-term gain that would provide a lot of value for your users.

FYI, CONFCLOUD-49138 looks like a duplicate. Though that ticket has better information/description, this one has more comments and followers. If my impressions are correct, I'd propose that the other tickets are closed (CONFCLOUD-49138, CONFSERVER-49138) and those watchers are instructed to follow this ticket instead.

I see that this has been on the radar since 2014. Is it safe to assume that this is no longer in active dev? As a SA who loves the Atlassian products, I have to say its disappointing to see that such a essential feature would not be part of a add-on that cost quite a bit of money on top of Confluence.

Besides showing tasks in Team Calendar, I can suggest to show also a 'personal calendar' with Tasks in user's Profile.

Does that suggest that this feature might be available soon?

Tasks in Confluence are handy but will become truly useful when they can show both JIRA issues and Confluence tasks based on due-date.  Our non-Scrum teams feel that JIRA is focused on Scrum teams.  This feature would go a long way toward making them comfortable with the toolset.
