Restrict Event Delete To Administrators/Event Owner

      Currently, any user with 'edit' restrictions can delete any event.
      Feature request is to look at a new restriction so that only events owners and admins can delete events. With other words, anyone with 'edit' restriction can delete my event and add his event.

      We want to use a calendar like a meeting room scheduler. For that we also need a restriction (workaround) for overlapping events and an workaround for autocomplete 'who' field with current user.
