Support webcal protocol for Team Calendars

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Webcal protocol (webcall://) should be supported by Team Calendars. Currently, changing the webcal:// to http:// is the workaround

      Steps to Reproduce

      Subscribe to this calendar: webcal://www.studiosdigital.at/sites/default/files/downloads/blog/deutsche-feiertage-2013.ics

      This is what we get:
