Team Calendars insists on a format of "12-Mar-2013" for the 'When' field when adding an event, but doesn't allow any nonnumerical values.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to <base_url>/calendar/mycalendar.action
      2. Click Add Event
      3. Attempt to enter a date manually

      Expected Results:
      You should be able to manually enter a date in the format provided.

      Actual Results:
      As only numerical values are accepted, you can't comply to the provided format, and must use the calendar.
