      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      Client code should NEVER be holding onto copies of i18NBeans for longer than an individual request.

      Otherwise we end up with multiple instances of I18NBean for the same locale (144Mb on EAC)
