Allow a team calendar to be updated with a manually uploaded ics file

      Team Calendars allows for a calendar to be created using an external ics file. Once the calendar is created however, its data cannot be overwritten with a new ics file. You can subscribe to a public ics feed but in the use cases where there is no public feed, manually updating with a new ics file would be helpful.
