Sometimes could not open edit event dialog in dev-mode.

       Cause this exception [10:56 AM] Matthew Erickson [Atlassian]: where sometime the add event dialog doesn't work? [10:56 AM] Matthew Erickson [Atlassian]: Uncaught TypeError: Confluence.TeamCalendars.Dialogs.getEditEventDialog is not a function. Maybe it cause by the order of js script when it load in browser

       

      It's caused by order of js script when we init TC in Dev-Mode
