An example of an Outlook Calendar with such a parameter is as per attached Feierabend Termin.ics. Import the calendar into TeamCal, and notice that the event that is supposed to show up on 13th February 2015 is not shown at all. The event is, however, added correctly into the ao_950dc3_tc_events table in the database, with the correct RECURRENCE_ID_TIMESTAMP

Workaround

Remove this line from the file:

RECURRENCE-ID;TZID="W. Europe Standard Time":20150213T160000
