Confluence Question Layout is broken when using Confluence Documentation Theme.

      Using the Default Theme, Confluence Questions Layout renders in the expected way.
      Here's an image showing the expected layout:

      After switching to the Confluence Documentation Theme, Confluence Questions Layout seems to break in the header, showing extra spaces on it.
