CQ Upgrade failed due to AO deadlock in HSQL

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      I installed CQ 1.0.94 (the first release on marketplace) and tried to update to the latest version on CQ-470 branch. The installation dialog hung and the instance became unresponsive.
