Behavior:
Click the new "Convert to comment" link below a submitted answer to convert it to a comment under a different answer or under the original question.

Expected:
The comment appears in the appropriate place with the original date of the comment.

Actual:
The date is updated to now, and the comments are sorted by the time they were either posted OR converted (e.g. "just a moment ago"), which puts comments out of chronological order, making them impossible to read/follow.
