As someone who can't type accurately, and is not is great at spelling, I find the spell-checking built into browsers incredibly helpful.

They work fine in the old forums, and here in Jira, but when I'm typing stuff into text boxes in "Answers", there's some block on the spell checking working - I get no red underlining on suspect words.

Please can the code be fixed so that it allows the standard spell checking to work?
