Changing an Answer to a Comment (twice) seems to leave an incorrect comment count

      I moved a users Answer to a Comment, but because the listing of answers showed identical results for two questions - mine, I picked the wrong one first. After guessing it needed to be the other one, I saw that the old Answer that had the question still had a comment attributed though there wasnt one.
