Questions reputation points incorrect in documentation

      The documentation lists the points as:
      25 points when your answer is accepted
      15 points each time your question or answer is upvoted
      -2 points each time your question or answer is down voted.

      The correct points are:
      15 points when your answer is accepted
      10 points each time your question or answer is upvoted
      -2 points each time your question or answer is down voted.
