Wrong username

      I noticed that direcly after adding a comment my username is incuding company name in the square bracket and pointing to some wrong URL:

      https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/159614/%PROFILEURL%

      If I will refresh the page square bracket disappear and everything is back to normal..

      Please investigate
