Allow to schedule the user directory synchronisation job

      Currently, the user directory synchronisation job is a periodical job calculated based on the Confluence startup time and the interval. It will be really useful if we can schedule this operation with a calendar, we prefer to run the job out of the production hours since it is kind of expensive operation.
