Provide the ability to exclude users from appearing in the 'All Updates' section

      Problem Statement

      Currently, there is no way to exclude specific users' updates from appearing in the 'All Updates' section.

      Suggestion

      Please provide a way to specify which users I want or do not want to see in the 'All Updates' section of my homepage.
