As a confluence editor I would like to link to specific table rows (for tables which include a numbering column), so that I can reference them with a permanent link, and so that my references do not break as I add and remove rows.

Motivation:

When I create a table with numbering column, I may wish to reference specific rows. If I reference them by number, then make any significant changes, all my references are semantically broken.

Adding a unique permalink to each number in the numbering row would allow me to reference rows using a consistent ID, and preserve references regardless of further editing.
