Allow admins to edit/customize the text included in invitation emails for new users

      Problem Definition

      Currently, the invitation emails all uses a similar template. This can seem robotic, and it would be helpful if the admins can customize the invitation emails for each user they intend to invite, to give a more personal touch.

      Allow admins to customize the invitation emails sent by Confluence
