Make create JIRA Issue from Confluence Page feature available for page title

      Problem Definition

      Right now, we have the feature to create a JIRA issue directly from a confluence page by selecting some piece of text, hovering mouse and clicking the JIRA Button (print below). But the same does not happen if you select the text from page title.


      Suggested Solution

      Make the pop-up appear when title text is selected too.
