      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It will be useful for JVM args to be passed to Synchrony (think JAVA_OPTS).  For situations when admins want to activate GC logging, monitoring agents, etc.  It should be possible to pass this info through to the Synchrony JVM on startup.
