Problem Definition

Users have almost no configuration about how onboarding page (welcome.action) for new users at Confluence (cloud environment), users are asked to watch space, this is mandatory, even though many users don't know what are spaces and what content they might have and may also be quickly spammed by emails after choosing to watch one space.

Suggested Solution

Customer would like to be able to configure which spaces the new user can choose to start watch, and would be good if he could set a default one, users won't have to much information on what are spaces and their content if this is their first login, making them confuse
