Problem Definition

When we go to the page <Confluence URL>/admin/darkfeatures.action
We see system property Dark features

System Property Dark Features
These dark features are enabled via System properties and cannot be disabled here.
You must restart the server without the properties to disable these features.

These properties should be configurable from UI as well.
Some properties eg: clc.quick.create cannot be disabled even when added as a system property and restarted Confluence. These require modification of file darkfeature.properties from <confluence-install-dir>/confluence/WEB-INF/lib/confluence-<ver>.jar

Suggested Solution

Provide an option to configure these from the UI.
