It is difficult to navigate Confluence on a tablet or mobile device, due to the lack of navigation sidebar

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

When we use Confluence on our computers we always have the splitter-sidebar for navigation, however when we use it with mobiles or tablets we only get a navigation sidebar at the very beginning when we click on Confluence in the top left part of the screen.
This makes it hard to navigate after the initial click, it seems like it would be ideal to have this navigation always available like the desktop version and just implement the same
"aui-button aui-button-subtle aui-sidebar-toggle aui-sidebar-footer-tipsy" that you do on the initial screen so that we can hide it while we read

We have exactly the same issue with some of our internal engineering spaces that are visited by upper management using tablets like the iPad.  The lack of a sidebar on mobile browsers makes navigating these spaces quite difficult.  A fix would be greatly appreciated.

We have come up with a simpler solution. I will attach two screen shots, one of our desktop mode and one of the same page just on a mobile device. I have circled the show/hide sidebar button. If we had that in mobile mode our issues would be solved.
