      Hello,

      My need would be to create and populate Confluence template page with fields from Jira issue on transition.

      For example: I have created an issue in Jira, and filled some system fields and custom fields through its lifecycle. When I resolve it, during final transition, and if a certain criteria is fullfilled, I would like to have a confluence page automatically created from a given template, filled with content of choosen fields from the jira issue and linked to the issue.

      It could save a lot of time when managing Knowledge databases.
