I understand that the top navigation is a key part of Jira Studio's integration so would be very difficult to remove.

However, it'd be great to be able to get control of the other parts of the page though. For example, I'd like to have the same footer appear on every page, and I'd like to be able to get to the CSS to change fonts etc across the page.

In summary, it would be nice to being able to customize the look and feel of the customer portal and integrate the knowledge base articles we create to offer self help for our users before they need to open a support request to our agents.

Today it is almost impossible to customize the look and feel of Confluence and JIRA Service Desk Customer Portal, making it very difficult to leverage the power of our knowledge base and delivery it to our customers.

I would really like to be able to control how our online documentation looks. Please allow us to turn on the "Enable Custom Stylesheets for Spaces" setting in Confluence OnDemand.

Let us use CSS with the same warning Massimo suggests. "You can upload CSS. But, you are responsible for layout issues you cause."

See the WordPress.com implementation of Custom CSS (a premium feature there). It should be quite easy to implement. It's just a matter of allowing the user to enter the CSS syntax in a textarea field, and clearly indicate to the user that any layout issues that are introduced due to the use of custom CSS are their responsibility.

As part of this, I would like the ability to define custom CSS for Confluence OnDemand specifically, just like we can do with the download version of Confluence.
