Allow inline commenting from mobile devices (not iOS app)

      Problem Definition

      It is currently not possible to add an inline comment when viewing Confluence from a mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). The inline comment pop-up is not available, and it's not clear that this functionality is not possible.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow users to add inline comments via the inline comment pop-up available on a non-mobile browser or make it clear that the functionality is not available.

            Both for Mobile Web and the Android App (Confluence Cloud)?
            I still can't seem to create Inline comments.

            Hi Stephanie - Still needing the ability to create inline comments on mobile somehow (either on web on app! - anything!). Any timetable for making that happen? Thanks!!
