Custom HTML page is editable before clicking Edit

      Summary

      The Custom HTML page data sections are editable before entering Edit mode.
      This makes it possible to edit the HTML sections before the page will accept the edits. And the changes will be lost after clicking Edit button.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to <confluence_URL>/admin/viewcustomhtml.action
      2. Push Edit button
      3. Push Cancel button

      Expected Results

      The Input areas are gray and don't accept the input

      Actual Results

      The input areas are blank and accept any input
