Accept certificates from Let's Encrypt for Application Links

      We'd like to take advantage of Let's Encrypt and their certificates, however we're hitting a couple obstacles when using them for our Atlassian products. Specifically, Application Links are broken. We imagine the certs will become quite popular and this will be a common issue for many Atlassian admins.
