Allow first day of the week to be configured in date picker

      When editing a Confluence page, you can type // to enter a date. A pop-up appears with a calendar. This should be able to be configured so that the first day of the week can be set according to the needs of the team.
      Changing site's language settings or browser/OS's language settings (or localization settings) does not help either.
