      Problem Definition

      As of now, should there an incremental synchronisation of an External User Directory fails in Confluence, there Confluence Administrator will only be able to identify it by navigating to User Directories page itself.

      Suggested Solution

      To implement email notifications feature in Confluence should incremental synchronisation fails so the Confluence Administrator would be able to detect it as soon as when the problem occurs to minimise the impact to Confluence users.
