Make Confluence be able to run inside IFRAME

      There are multiple places in Confluence code (although not so many!) where direct access to window.parent and window.top is made. This breaks violently when Confluence is run inside IFRAME and the parent frames are in another domain.

      We need to show Confluence page inside a JIRA plugin to bring Confluence pages and JIRA issues together on one screen.

      I hope it won't be too much problem to fix this in the future.
