Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Change History macro to a page
2. Edit the title of the page
3. Add a comment on "What did you change?".
4. Save the page
5. The comment won't be listed by the macro

Expected Results

The comment on What did you change? should be saved for all changes on a page.

Actual Results

The comment on What did you change? isn't saved if the title of the page is edited.
